Nominations are now open for the 2012 GateFic Awards!
How do you make sure your favorite works get nominated? Bookmark GateFic and return frequently to submit nominations! Throughout the year, there will be ficathons, exchanges, and giftathons, not to mention big bangs and NaNoWrimo. New works aren't the only ones eligible for nomination, so as you revisit some of your old favorites, be sure to submit those as well.
(Don't forget: self-nominations are not permitted. See the rules for more information.)

Gmail has been eating many of our emails this year, and Yahoo and Hotmail have also to a significantly lesser extent. We're not an any spam blacklists, so there's nothing further that GateFic staff can do to attempt to reconcile this issue.
Before you register, I encourage you to create a filter to prevent GateFic emails from being lost. Once that is done, you should be able to register without experiencing further difficulties.
Although it was helping to prevent a number of spambots from completing registration, we are no longer generating random passwords for new accounts; you now choose your own password at registration. You must still activate your account, however.
If you registered without creating a filter and haven't received your activation email, do NOT create a new account using a different email account. Please contact us instead.
