I'm not getting any emails from GateFic. What can I do?

Answer

For whatever reason, our emails may not end up in your Inbox. To ensure this doesn't happen, your best move is to add our domain to your whitelist.

Gmail/Googlemail users:
While in your account, click on the "gear" in the upper right corner, and select "Mail Settings". Click on the "Filters" tab, then choose "Create a new filter". In the "From" field, enter "gatefic.com" to include all of our email accounts. Click "Next", and check "Never send it to Spam". When finished, click "Create Filter."

Hotmail/MSN/Live users:
While in your account, click "Options" in the upper right corner, and choose "More options" from the drop-down. On the next screen, click "Safe and blocked senders" underneath the "Preventing junk email" header. Collect "Safe senders" on the next screen, then enter "gatefic.com" to include all of our email accounts. Click "Add to list" to finish.

Yahoo/Rocketmail users:
In classic or beta mail, click "Options" in the upper right corner, and choose "More Options..." from the drop-down.  In the new mail, click Options from the top-left and choose "Mail Options".  On the next screen, click "Filters", and then click the "Add Filter" button.  Name the filter something appropriate, like "GateFic".  Next to "Sender", make sure the drop-down is on "contains" and enter "gatefic.com" in the text field.  Then, change the drop-down for "Move to Folder" to read "Inbox" (or another folder).  Click "Save Changes" to finish.
